The Athens Outpatient Treatment Center (AOTC) Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) Program is a certified Opiate Treatment Program/Narcotics Treatment Program (OTP/NTP). AOTC provides both Substance Abuse and Mental Health treatment services. AOTC provides a full range of adult, community-based consumer and outcomes focused behavioral healthcare services.
